Hi, I’m Lucy, a chiropractor here at the clinic. I was born and raised in Nottingham and, although I loved my time studying in Bournemouth, it’s great to be back home!

I’ve always had a strong passion for football and played at academy level growing up. Like many athletes, injuries were part of the journey, and it was through receiving chiropractic treatment as a teenager that I discovered my interest in this profession.

I went on to study at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, graduating with a first-class Master’s degree. I also hold a diploma in Sports Massage and have trained in Dry Needling (Acupuncture), allowing me to use a range of techniques tailored to each patient.

My focus is on helping people get out of pain, move better, and stay active. I aim to always prioritise each patient’s individual needs, taking the time to understand their goals and create a treatment plan that works for them. I use a combination of chiropractic care, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation to support recovery and prevent future issues. I enjoy working with a wide variety of patients, particularly those with active lifestyles or sports-related injuries.

Now that I’m back playing football, I understand first-hand the demands it places on the body and enjoy helping others stay at their best.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me at the gym, on the football pitch, or socialising with friends – usually with a glass of wine in hand (balance is key!).

I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
